Yes, you may choose to use another handwash refill solution. However, please ensure that it is a handwash foaming solution that is used, otherwise the foaming texture will not be produced to satisfaction. We also do not recommend harsh chemical handwash solution to be used to refill the dispenser, as it is not only bad for your skin, it also easily erodes the quality of this dispenser.
